7.1 Products vary for each phone. Our service contains options for how to unlock your selected phone. Methods include unlock codes, software specific to unlocking your phone or reports detailing the most efficient and cost effective way to unlock your phone .
7.2 Charges are made for our advisory service, this service aims to advise you on the most efficient way to unlock your phone and does not necessarily cover a direct unlock by us, although this will always be supplied where available. Further costs may also be involved, depending on the options available.
8.0 Agreement -- By using our site or our service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.
8.0 Refunds
8.1 We offer a full money back guarantee if you are not happy with the service you have received. All refund requests must be made in writing and posted to the address below.
8.2 Double Refund Policy applies where a refund has not been returned within seven working days after it has been requested by you in writing. To apply for this please contact refunds@unlock-n-save.com including your receipt, the email sent to us requesting a refund (if you were unhappy with the report we supplied)- this must include a date. We will then process your request. Disputing the transaction automatically cancels and right to an additional repayment.
